A General Election has been called on the 12th December.
Neil Taylor, former Councillor for the Timperley Ward in Trafford will be standing for Altrincham and Sale West.
Taylor has been and will continue to campaign to protect our greenbelt and green spaces.
The LibDems and Conservatives claim to want to protect the green belt, but they are pressing forward and backing HS2 which will destroy ancient woodlands, communities and green space.
Neil also believes:
• HS2 is over budget and should be stopped the money could be better spent elsewhere.
• Fox Hunting should remain banned, at the last general election the Conservatives wanted to bring back fox hunting.
• In free TV Licence for the over 75s.
• In more investment in our roads and infrastructure.
• We need to help and support the homeless.
• In disability access for all.
The Lib Dems have parachuted in an outsider as their candidate, she has no knowledge of the local area and was an elected Labour MP before defecting to the Independent Group/Change and now a Lib Dem, that's three parties in recent months.
Neil Taylor served as a Trafford Councillor 2006 to 2014 and has lived in the area all of his life. A very active volunteer for a number of groups.
Working for Altrincham, Sale, Hale, Timperley, Hale Barns, Broadheath, St Mary's, Ashton on Mersey.
